Marketing Communications Analyst

This role supports the day-to-day production flow for the Creative Services team by helping intake requests, creating and updating Jira tickets, and keeping project details organized from kickoff through delivery. You'll partner closely with the creative manager, designers, copywriters, and marketing partners to confirm required inputs, track timelines, and help projects move smoothly through reviews and approvals. You'll also provide light copy support as needed, including quick edits, short-form copy, headlines, and internal or client-facing notes.

Support day-to-day intake and traffic by receiving requests, confirming required inputs, and routing work to the appropriate team members

Create and maintain Jira tickets, including brief details, owners, due dates, and status updates, to help keep projects organized and visible

Help maintain production schedules and flag timeline or resourcing concerns to the creative manager

Assist with kickoff documentation by gathering missing details such as audience, channel, specs, stakeholders, and approvals

Update weekly creative reports and dashboards

Track dependencies and approvals, follow up on review cycles, and raise risks or blockers when timelines shift

Follow established naming conventions, version control practices, and workflow standards to support consistency and reduce rework

Support basic reporting and status updates, including helping track bottlenecks, project progress, and workflow needs

Provide occasional writing support, including light copy edits, short headlines, internal communications, and summarizing feedback

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy

Comfort working in Jira or a similar project management tool to update tickets, timelines, and workflow details

Clear, professional communicator who asks good questions, follows up, and keeps stakeholders informed

Comfort following established processes, naming conventions, and workflow standards

Basic understanding of creative production workflows from brief through review and final delivery

Strong writing and proofreading fundamentals for light copy support

1–3 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, production coordination, marketing support, or a related role

Experience using Jira or a similar workflow tool to track tasks, timelines, or project details; Jira preferred

Familiarity with common creative deliverables across email, web, social, print, or digital marketing is helpful

Able to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable providing occasional light writing, proofreading, or editing support

Required/Preferred Familiarity: Jira Microsoft Outlook and Teams Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience a Plus: Basic reporting/dashboarding (Jira dashboards, Excel pivots, etc.) Familiarity with creative tools and file governance (Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint/OneDrive)

Estimated weekly hours: 20–25

6–12 months, renewable

Fully remote

Education: High School Diploma or GED Required College Degree is Preferred

Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
