Simon Pearce is a company that shapes timeless and functional designs from simple, natural materials. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team with a focus on social media coordination, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and manages Simon Pearce’s social media calendar across brand and restaurant channels
  • Coordinates scheduling and publishing of approved content across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring posts are deployed accurately and on schedule
  • Organizes and maintains social media assets and campaign materials within internal systems
  • Supports campaign planning by coordinating timelines, assets, and channel requirements with internal teams
  • Monitors social channels daily, responding to community inquiries, comments, and messages in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Escalates customer service-related issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining a responsive, brand-right tone
  • Supports the management of influencer and creator partnerships from outreach through campaign completion
  • Assists in coordinating product gifting, contracts, and campaign timelines with creators and agency partners
  • Tracks influencer deliverables and ensures content aligns with agreed campaign objectives
  • Maintains an organized database of influencer partners and collaboration history
  • Monitors influencer content once live and ensures brand representation aligns with Simon Pearce standards
  • Tracks and reports on social media, influencer, and affiliate performance using platform analytics and reporting tools
  • Compiles weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting engagement, reach, and campaign results
  • Identifies trends, audience insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Supports the Marketing team in evaluating campaign effectiveness and optimizing future programs
  • Monitors competitor and industry activity across social channels
  • Assists the broader marketing team with campaign coordination and project tracking
  • Provides occasional evening or weekend support for brand events, activations, or key marketing initiatives as needed
  • Partners with the Creative team on content planning, briefing, and asset coordination to ensure social and influencer programs are executed effectively
  • Assists with partnership initiatives and co-marketing opportunities with aligned brands, retailers, and collaborators
  • Coordinates branded materials, collateral, and experiences for key marketing moments including events, launches, and collaborations
  • Supports cross-functional marketing initiatives with e-Commerce, Retail, and Restaurant teams
  • Helps prepare presentations, campaign summaries, and reporting materials
  • Assists with asset organization and internal documentation for marketing initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing support
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube) and how to evaluate performance using platform analytics and emerging trends
  • Experience with social media management and reporting tools used to schedule content, track engagement, and measure campaign performance
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort working with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Experience working for a premium or design-led consumer brand
  • Basic photo/video editing skills
  • Enthusiasm for craftsmanship, design, and premium lifestyle brands
  • May be required to attend evening or weekend events to support initiatives
