Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator, Digital Experience plays a critical role in supporting the execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns, content, and digital programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
Campaign & Content Execution
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing programs across web and mobile platforms
Assist in proofing and deploying content, ensuring alignment with brand standards, UX principles, and responsiveness
Coordinate content updates across multiple digital properties
Project Coordination & Planning
Maintain and update the weekly content calendar, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners
Support routing schedules and content updates for advertising and editorial placements
Reporting & Optimization
Track and compile digital performance metrics across campaigns and platforms
Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
Assist with optimization initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across Creative, Content, Brand, Loyalty, Merchandising, and Operations
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support campaign delivery
Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and marketing operations processes
