JOB OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a world-class brand strategist and marketing leader to drive growth for our podcast and online course business. This role demands exceptional branding instincts, proven experience in digital course creation and marketing, and a track record of converting audiences into customers. You'll own the strategy and execution that turns listeners into learners and learners into passionate brand advocates. 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Build and scale a distinctive brand that stands out in a crowded podcast and online education market 

Drive course sales and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns and conversion optimization 

Grow and engage our follower base across podcast platforms, social media, and email lists 

Optimize and market our existing online course to ensure it delivers exceptional value and consistently generate revenue 

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Brand Development & Strategy

Develop and maintain distinctive brand identity across podcast and course platforms 

Create compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences 

Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation 

Position offerings competitively in the marketplace

Online Course Marketing & Launch

Design comprehensive marketing strategies for online course launches 

Develop sales funnels and conversion optimization frameworks 

Create course positioning, messaging, and promotional materials 

Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

Audience Growth & Engagement

Develop and implement growth strategies for podcast listeners and social media followers 

Create content strategies that drive engagement and community building

Leverage SEO, paid advertising, and organic channels to expand reach

Build and nurture email lists that convert subscribers into customers

Systems & Operations

Build repeatable marketing processes and documentation 

Establish quality standards for all marketing outputs 

Create templates and frameworks for efficient execution 

Manage marketing technology stack and automation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

5+ years in marketing leadership roles with demonstrated brand-building success 

Proven track record of creating and marketing online courses that generate significant revenue 

Portfolio showcasing world-class branding work and measurable results 

Experience growing digital audiences from scratch or scaling existing communities

Experience adapting to different brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency

Can independently own, lead & manage a marketing team with minimal supervision

Must have strong attention to detail

Skills & Capabilities

Elite branding ability: Instinct for what makes brands memorable and magnetic 

Course creation expertise: End-to-end experience building educational products that sell 

Growth marketing mastery: Proven strategies for audience acquisition and retention 

Data-driven decision making: Comfort with analytics, metrics, and performance optimization 

Reliable execution: Consistent delivery of results without constant oversight

Technical Proficiency

Marketing automation platforms (email, CRM, funnel builders) 

Course platforms (Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, or similar)

Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) 

Design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalents) 

Podcast distribution and promotion platforms

Success Metrics

Course revenue growth: Consistent month-over-month sales increases 

Audience expansion: Growing follower counts across podcast and social channels 

Conversion rates: Improving listener-to-customer conversion percentages 

Brand recognition: Measurable increase in brand awareness and sentiment

Engagement rates: Rising podcast downloads, email opens, and social interactions
