  Your responsibilities:

  • Generate hypotheses and ideas for growth tests based on data, insights, and results from previous experiments

    Manage creative assets: brief designers, clearly communicate concepts, and oversee the quality of execution

    Develop new funnels, approaches, and creative concepts that work in synergy with the ad creatives

    Conduct A/B tests: from hypothesis formulation to result analysis and decision-making

    Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving key metrics

    Conduct user interviews to gain a deeper understanding of user motivations and barriers

    Research the market, competitors, and trends to identify new growth levers

    Your skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in performance, digital, or product marketing, or growth-oriented roles

      Basic understanding of product and marketing analytics (CTR, CTA, ROAS, CR, retention, etc.)

      Foundational knowledge of analytical tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar)

      Autonomy: ability to independently launch initiatives, coordinate tasks, and drive processes forward

      Result-oriented mindset: ability to clearly formulate hypotheses, measure their impact, and scale successful solutions
      

      How we get things done?

      Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
