What You’ll Do

Own the SELF Member Experience

Drive the end-to-end execution of SELF as a cohesive community experience, not just a series of campaigns

Ensure every touchpoint—from onboarding to events to content—feels intentional, high-quality, and aligned to the community’s value proposition

Continuously evolve the program based on member feedback, engagement signals, and strategic priorities

Lead Integrated Program Execution

Orchestrate cross-channel initiatives across events, content, digital touchpoints, and in-person experiences

Ensure alignment across Field Marketing, Content, Brand, Sales, and Technical stakeholders

Build & Grow an Executive Community

Support member recruitment through nominations, referrals, and curated outreach strategies

Help design and execute engagement strategies that foster peer-to-peer connection, thought leadership, and long-term participation

Contribute to shaping the future online community environment and member journey

Deliver High-Impact Experiences

Lead execution of key program elements including:

Executive dinners and curated in-person gatherings

Virtual salons and roundtables

Insight-driven content and thought leadership moments

Ensure each experience delivers value, fosters connection, and reinforces our client's brand with senior leaders

Drive Program Operations & Alignment

Own program timelines, workbacks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution

Maintain visibility into priorities, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned

Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving, evolving program

Measure & Optimize Program Impact

Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to define success metrics aligned to engagement, community growth, and influence

Track program performance and identify opportunities to improve experience quality and impact

Translate insights into actionable recommendations

What You’ll Bring

Experience in integrated marketing, community programs, executive engagement, or experiential marketing (B2B preferred)

Strong track record of managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and touchpoints

Experience building or supporting communities, advisory boards, executive programs, or strategic events

Ability to operate in ambiguity while creating structure, clarity, and momentum

Strong communication skills, especially when working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Experience working with both in-person and digital community experiences is a strong plus
