Job Description...
The Strategic Communications Project Manager will ensure the management, organization and collaboration of all Strategic Communications and Demand Generation marketing projects. This position will effectively
manage project priority, team capacity, appropriate task delegation and coordinating project details to drive efficiency, meet deadlines and provide overall support of the Strategic Communications and Demand Generation Team.

Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of the newly created marketing intake process for marketing requests
• Create, maintain and enforce Monday.com workflows
• Act as primary liaison for the Strategic Communications & Demand Generation and cross-functional teams
• Assist with project planning
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report project status to stake holders and team members
• Analyze project needs, identify gaps, define capabilities, and propose possible solutions
• Thoroughly document meetings, next steps and follow ups
• Build strong relationships across the organization establishing as a trusted resource
• Facilitates project lifecycle ensuring checkpoints, approvals and deliveries are successfully met
• Provide critical thinking and creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 2+ years of corporate inhouse and/or agency experience
• Skilled in Monday.com and/or similar project management tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple high-volume projects at once

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
• corporate inhouse and/or agency: 2 years (Required)
• Monday.com: 1 year (Required)
• Marketing Project management: 3 years (Required)
