Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Whitewater Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in the Ottawa Valley, dedicated to creating handcrafted products. They are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support marketing programs across six beverage brands, focusing on social content publishing, customer engagement, and event preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing programs across 6 beverage brands, with a focus on day-to-day coordination, social content publishing, customer responses, and event prep
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, social communities stay engaged, and our events and launches go off without a hitch
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or coordination role
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Confidence using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp, and basic Excel/Sheets
- Experience with website editing (Shopify, Wix, Weebly, or similar)
- Familiarity with brand tone and digital etiquette across channels
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- A team-first attitude and passion for building memorable brand experiences
- Experience in a beverage, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brand
- Light content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, photography, Canva design)
- Knowledge of Ontario craft beer or spirits market
