<p><span>About the Role</span></p>
<p>We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Content & Design) who will support our Marketing Lead in day-to-day execution.
This is a hands-on role focused on turning ideas, drafts, and technical input into polished, market-ready marketing assets.</p>
<p>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining design and writing, cares about details, and feels comfortable working in B2B IT and Cloud environments.</p>

<p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Design social media banners, one-pagers, and flyers in Figma based on existing brand templates.</span></li>
<li><span>Create professional, on-brand executive presentations in PowerPoint from technical, content-heavy slides.</span></li>
<li><span>Format case studies and commercial offers in Word to ensure a crisp and consistent visual standard.</span></li>
<li><span>Write engaging LinkedIn posts and social media copy in American business English.</span></li>
<li><span>Draft blog articles based on technical briefs provided by subject matter experts.</span></li>
<li><span>Upload and format blog articles in WordPress, ensuring correct layout, tagging, and basic SEO practices.</span></li>
<li><span>Build and update simple landing pages using the existing WordPress theme and page builder.</span></li>
<li><span>Work closely with the Marketing Lead and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.</span></li>
<li><span>Maintain high quality and consistency across all marketing materials and channels.</span></li>
<li><span>Support campaign execution with fast, reliable delivery of visual and written assets.</span></li>

<p><span>What We’re Looking For</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Experience:</span><span> Minimum </span><span>3 years in B2B Marketing within the IT/Tech sector.</span><span> You must understand the difference between selling shoes and selling Cloud Security.</span></li>
<li><span>Language: </span><span>Fluent</span><span> English </span><span>(C1 level) </span><span>with a strong grasp of </span><span>American business style</span><span>. You know how to write headlines that hook</span><span>.</span></li>
<li><span>Tool Stack:</span>
<ul>
<li><span>Figma:</span><span> Intermediate/Advanced (You use auto-layout and components comfortably).</span></li>
<li><span>Microsoft Office:</span><span> Expert level in PowerPoint and Word formatting.</span></li>
<li><span>WordPress:</span><span> Comfortable with the backend, Gutenberg, or standard page builders.</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span>Eye for Detail:</span><span> You are the person who spots the double space after a period or the misaligned pixel in a logo.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span>Experience working with Cloud, Security, or Microsoft ecosystem projects.</span></li>
