Marketing Technology Analyst
Aegon is seeking a Marketing Technology Analyst to organize and manage materials in Transamerica’s marketing content database. The role involves maintaining digital files, reporting on content use, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage and publish marketing materials (print and digital) to online libraries for internal and external distribution
- Collaborate with teams to fulfill print and digital orders in a time-sensitive environment
- Collaborate with internal business groups and marketing partners to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution
- Create documentation for business and system requirements for assigned focus area
- Assist with team projects on library maintenance, metadata, content tagging, and marketing campaign programming
- Develop knowledge of marketing platforms, tools and processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, communications or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of fundamental marketing concepts and tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Understanding of highly regulated marketing environments like financial services
- Previous publishing, library or administrative office experience
