FanDuel is a leading mobile gaming company, seeking a Casino Media Associate to support the in-house social team in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for the US Casino Business. The role involves managing day-to-day campaign operations and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, build, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X)
  • Assist with campaign trafficking and QA, ensuring accuracy across ad specs, targeting, tracking, and creative setup
  • Support ongoing creative, audience, and tactical testing across the funnel, helping implement test plans and document results
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance against core KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
  • Assist in analyzing performance data and identifying insights to inform optimizations and future testing
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and competitive reporting, helping summarize performance, key learnings, and next steps
  • Support process development for reporting, documentation, and budget pacing to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Assist with daily and weekly budget pacing and campaign delivery across platforms
  • Support forecast inputs and spend tracking in partnership with senior team members
  • Help ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and data collection across platforms and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer)
  • Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed on best practices, new formats, and innovation opportunities
  • Stay up to date on platform updates and emerging paid social trends, bringing forward ideas and recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally (Analytics, Creative, Finance, etc.) in a fast-paced environment to support strong execution and performance outcomes

Skills

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on paid social
  • Practical experience working within major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X)
  • Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, placements, tagging, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly detail-oriented, coachable, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing, social innovation, and emerging platform trends
  • Familiarity with optimizing campaigns toward performance goals such as CPA and ROAS is a plus
  • Exposure to mobile attribution and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or similar) is a plus
