We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on scaling performance, improving key metrics, and collaborating closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for fast-growing consumer brands.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms

Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS

Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics

Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)

Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms

Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance

Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities

Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive

✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)
4–7 years of experience in paid media, social media advertising, or media buying (preferably in e-commerce or CPG brands)

Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube

Proven ability to manage large budgets and achieve strong ROAS

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards

Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies

Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Meta Ads or Google Ads

Familiarity with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, or other channels

Experience managing seasonal campaigns or product launches in CPG brands
