Content Manager (Real Estate Media) – Remote  

CURB360

We’re looking for a detail-driven Content Manager with real estate media experience to handle daily content delivery, organization, and quality control for a long term position.

This role is not just administrative. You will be responsible for reviewing, correcting, and enhancing real estate media before it reaches clients. If you don’t have experience with real estate photo editing workflows, this is not the role for you.

Compensation  

Guaranteed $600 per month (covers up to 20 hours per week)

Additional hours always available up to 40 hours per week at $7.00/hour

Compensation bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of each month.   

Schedule  

Monday: Minimum 1 hour (review weekend/prior deliveries)

Tuesday through Saturday:

Start time: 4:00 PM (or earlier based on workload)

Maximum: 9 hours per day

What You’ll Be Doing  

Review and manage daily content deliveries

Update tasks and workflows in internal software

Upload and organize content in internal software

Ensure all deliverables are complete and accurate before release

Communicate with the team via Slack throughout your shift

Perform quality checks on all media before delivery

Fix, enhance, and correct images when needed

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)  

Real estate media retouching experience

Proficiency in:

Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Bridge

Adobe Photoshop

HDR blending workflows

Ability to match consistent editing styles across sets

Understanding of exposure correction, color balance, window pulls, and detail recovery

Quality Control Responsibilities  

Verify all files are complete and correctly assigned

Ensure no missing or corrupted content

Double-check property details and client information

Review video overlays for:

Spelling accuracy

Correct information based on client forms

Ensure final output meets CURB360 quality standards

Requirements  

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience working in a structured workflow environment

Reliable and fast internet and consistent availability

Must be responsive on Slack with notifications turned on

Communication Expectations  

Must be available and responsive during working hours

All communication is handled via Slack

End each shift with a quick update to management:

Tasks completed

Deliveries made

Outstanding items
