<p>Clipbook is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused <strong>Part-Time Media Intelligence Associate</strong> to support weekend media monitoring and reporting needs. In this role, you will help deliver the real-time intelligence, insights, and strategic value that power our work with some of the most influential organizations in public affairs, government, and advocacy.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own weekend quality control process for daily media reports and dashboards—ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of clarity, insight, and impact.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a trusted point of contact for client feedback, collaborating to refine reporting strategy and align deliverables with evolving goals.</p></li><li><p>Support special projects to improve customer delivery systems, including new workflows for engagement, feedback, and reporting optimization.</p></li><li><p>Take initiative on other high-priority assignments in a fast-evolving environment.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Strong Candidates Will Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, strategic work to sophisticated clients.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex media coverage into clear, actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage deadlines and juggle competing priorities in a high-growth, high-velocity setting.</p></li><li><p>Energetic, proactive, and excited to grow with a mission-driven team reshaping how leading institutions engage with media intelligence</p></li><li><p>Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.</p></li><li><p>Some familiarity with the communications, media, or PR space.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's Degree</p></li></ul><p><strong>Logistics:</strong></p><ul><li><p>5-10 hours per week; Saturday and/or Sundays</p></li><li><p>$20/hour</p></li><li><p>Remote</p></li></ul>
