What is this role like?As a Media Planner at Toppie, you will be responsible for developing, pitching, and executing media plans that connect agencies and brands with high-performing retail media opportunities. This is a client-facing, commercially oriented role that combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution and relationship management.You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure advertisers maximize ROI across Toppie’s ad placements.

You will:

Client Engagement – Build relationships with agencies and brands, acting as the main point of contact for media planning and campaign recommendations.
Media Planning – Develop tailored media strategies and proposals based on campaign objectives, target audiences, and performance goals.
Campaign Execution – Work with internal teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Toppie’s retail media inventory.
Insights & Reporting – Deliver clear campaign performance reports and actionable insights to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
Revenue Growth – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving incremental ad spend from existing clients.
Market Knowledge – Stay updated on retail media, ad tech, and performance marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to clients and the team.

What (we think) you need to be successful – but we’re open to outliers too:

2–4 years of experience in media planning, media buying, or digital advertising sales (agency, DSP, ad network, or retail media background preferred).
Strong understanding of digital advertising formats (display, sponsored listings, video, social, programmatic).
Client-facing experience with agencies and/or brands, with proven ability to pitch and win campaigns.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Self-starter attitude: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Being located in LATAM.
