**Location**:Al Barsha 2-Grove Mall, Dubai, UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Perform a variety of tests, including hematological, biochemical, serological, and other specialized analyses, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Verify test outcomes by reviewing patient history and prior test results to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Conduct routine quality control checks on all test systems, ensuring accuracy and validity of results.
- Participate in proficiency testing programs and support the laboratory accreditation process.
- Assist the laboratory manager with additional tasks as needed.
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest laboratory practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing relevant publications, building professional networks, and participating in industry societies.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication within and between departments to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment by following established safety protocols, including infection control and hazardous waste management.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies, protecting both patient and clinic data integrity.

Understands, follows and supports all hospital infection control programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
- Active DHA license to practice as a Clinical Medical Lab Technologist
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly skilled in the precise manipulation of laboratory equipment and test materials.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with mínimal supervision.
- Capable of staying calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills, especially when working with high-expectation patients.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present information systematically and ensure follow-up as required.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preferred: Experience working in CAP, ISO, or JCI accredited laboratories.
