Location: Santiago, Chile

Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key HCPs and medical experts within Oncology

Provide high-quality scientific exchange, translating complex clinical data into clear, impactful insights

Support market readiness and successful adoption of key therapies through scientific engagement

Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights from the field to internal stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and other teams to ensure aligned execution

Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support scientific leadership and strategy

Deliver presentations and training on clinical and scientific data to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Novartis policies and ethical standards

Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in Oncology (mandatory)

Strong scientific background with ability to interpret and communicate clinical data

Experience in medical affairs, MSL, or related scientific field roles

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Ability to collect, analyze, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific concepts

Strong collaboration and cross-functional mindset

Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:
Experience working with nuclear medicine / radioligand therapies

Previous experience engaging with top-tier oncology experts in Chile
