DAY-TO-DAY

You'll quote, present, and close Medicare plans for prospects you generate
(or our optional leads). Our back-office handles contracting, compliance review,
and carrier appointments — you focus on conversations and closing.

COMPENSATION

1099 / commission-only — no base salary. Earnings depend entirely on production.
Typical first-year producing broker: $60k–$120k
Established broker writing 30+ apps/month: $150k–$250k+
Top of network (60+ apps/month): $300k+
Everything is paid carrier-direct at full street commission. No caps.
