Role Overview

Balance & Harmony Recovery Clinic is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to support clients in their mental health journeys while working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in case management discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with mental health trends and best practices through continuous education.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
