Meta Ads Video Editor (Remote/Freelance)

Pay-per-video basis, about $20-$50 per video.

We're looking for a talented freelance Meta Ads Video Editor to create high-impact short-form video content for Meta advertising campaigns. You'll work on fast-paced projects, turning concepts into engaging ads optimized for performance. We are looking for someone who understands platform trends and can deliver scroll-stopping content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit fast-paced, short-form videos (15-120 seconds) for META
• Create dynamic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance ads
• Optimize content to Meta's specifications and ad formats across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Stay current with platform trends, cultural moments, and editing techniques that resonate with audiences
• Deliver multiple video variations and A/B test concepts
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Creative Director to ensure to meet client standards
• Ensure accuracy in timing, captions, graphics, and sound

Requirements
• 1–2 years professional video editing experience (social media, marketing, or agency preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of Meta ad best practices, platform trends, and short-form storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple edits simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
• Portfolio demonstrating short-form video work
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable internet and ability to work across time zones

Nice to have
• Experience with AI editing or captioning tools
• Experience editing for health, wellness, or beauty DTC brands
• Understanding of direct response video formats and what drives conversions
• Experience with AI captioning or subtitle tools
• Familiarity with other editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut)
