MagicFuse is looking for a skilled Middle Salesforce Administrator to join our team and work on an enterprise-level project with a global presence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

    Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

    Expertise in User Management and Security (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)

    Experience with Process Automation (Flows, Process Builder)

    Strong skills in Reports & Dashboards (advanced configuration, data visualization)

    Proficiency in Data Management (Data Loader, import/export, deduplication)

    English level: at least Intermediate

    Will be a plus:

    Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder)

    Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

    Experience with Git/VSCode

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and configure Salesforce features, security settings, and customizations

    Monitor system performance and resolve performance-related issues

    Handle Salesforce licenses (allocation, renewal, optimization)

    Maintain environments (development, staging, sandbox) for smooth workflows

    Support production deployments and validate features in live environments

    Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime

    Manage Salesforce release updates and patches

    Provide helpdesk support to end-users and resolve requests efficiently

This is a large-scale enterprise Salesforce project, ensuring a stable environment, high-level business processes, and the opportunity to work with thousands of users and advanced Salesforce features.

INTERVIEW STAGES

  1. Pre-screening with Recruiter

    Technical interview with Salesforce Administrator

    Final interview with Project Manager / Delivery Manager
