2. Role Overview

This role partners closely with leadership and product teams to drive monetization as a core lever of product growth.

The focus is on strategic advisory, high-impact decision support, and capability building — helping shape how monetization is approached, executed, and scaled across our products.

You will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and influence, contributing directly to product and business decisions.

4. Expected Impact

  • Identify and unlock high-impact monetization opportunities early in the engagement

    Improve core revenue metrics (ARPDAU, LTV, conversion) through structured experimentation

    Establish scalable monetization frameworks and best practices

    Upskill internal teams to operate more independently and effectively

5. Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead monetization strategy across mobile games (Ads, IAP, hybrid models)

    Identify and prioritize high-impact revenue opportunities through data and product insights

    Advise on monetization design, including user flows, placements, pricing, and game economy

    Guide the optimization of core metrics (LTV, ARPDAU, retention, conversion) through structured experimentation

    Establish scalable monetization frameworks, playbooks, and best practices

    Mentor and elevate internal teams (Product, UA, Data) toward stronger monetization thinking

    Support critical product phases (soft launch, global launch, scaling) with strategic input

    Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and monetization decisions

6. Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile game monetization with a strong record of driving revenue growth

    Deep hands-on experience with Ads (AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, etc.) and/or IAP systems

    Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user behavior, economy design, and monetization outcomes

    Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

    Experience in mentoring, coaching, or building internal capabilities

    Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels when needed

    Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-impact advisory role

    Currently based in Vietnam
