Mortgage Loan Officer or Real Estate Agent | Professional Development Opportunity

AXEN is expanding its Real Estate Division and is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer or Real Estate Agent in Minnesota to support client service and business development. This position is based on the Minnesota market and offers a remote, technology-supported work environment.

This role is suited for experienced real estate professionals who are comfortable working within structured systems, collaborating with a team, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process using digital tools.

Responsibilities:
• Support clients with real estate service needs and provide guidance throughout transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and manage a pipeline of real estate opportunities
• Utilize company-provided systems for communication, tracking, and follow-up
• Participate in training and professional development sessions as needed

Qualifications:
• Active real estate broker license
• Prior real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Minnesota real estate practices is an advantage

Pay: $45,868.48 - $120,282.48 per year
