Job Details:
Job Summary: Work in a fast-paced Call Center environment with earning potential of $80,000 within your first year! Seeking telephone call center agents with a commitment to not only beating sales goals, but also providing an excellent customer experience. If you love people, have great communication skills, consider yourself a great multi-tasker, and comfortable with technology, this is the position for you!

Ideal Candidates should be personable, empathetic, adaptable, and focused problem-solvers with an acute attention to detail, a desire to learn, and an eagerness to take initiative and exceed expectations.

Schedule Requirements:  Saturday AND Sunday and 2-3 evenings.  Work hours can fluctuate between 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Evening shifts are 12:00pm-8:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm, and 2:00pm-10pm CST.

Essential Responsibilities
Answering inbound customer phone calls and making outbound calls, emails, and texts
Using low-pressure consultative sales strategies to address customer needs
Follow-up with customers to ensure all problems were properly resolved
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
Completes all required training modules and certifications prior to due date. Follows all Company policies and executes Company standards on appearance as well as appropriate brand representation
Close sales and achieve quotas. Understand customer needs and requirements.

Non-Essential Responsibilities
Executes company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Professional Experience
1+ Years Sales or call center experience required
1+ Years Experience in a sales and client-facing role required
1+ Years Experience in achieving/exceeding sales goals preferred

Compensation:

Competitive $13.00 an hour plus commission depending on minimum wage state requirements * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
