Job Description – .NET Developer
Years of Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Pune
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely fixes
Participate in system design and architecture discussions
Work on performance optimization and scalability
Ensure adequate unit and integration testing
Maintain technical documentation
DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE:
Required: Strong understanding of SDLC in enterprise environments
Optional: Experience in financial services, risk analytics, or capital markets
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+
Strong OOP concepts and design patterns
Fundamentals of SQL and relational database concepts
Knowledge of RESTful APIs
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with Git
Understanding of Agile/Scrum
PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):
Knowledge of Dependency Injection frameworks (MEF2, Autofac, Unity)
Experience with SQL Server
Exposure to AWS or Azure
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Microservices
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
Understanding of financial domain concepts
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, OpenPivot, MSAS)
Experience with data processing tools/technologies such as Snowflake or Apache Spark
