New Graduate (May/June 2026) – Civil/Structural Engineer
ENERCON Services, Inc. is a pioneering engineering and environmental services firm focused on innovation in the energy, power, and technology industries. They are seeking new graduate Civil/Structural Engineers to join their collaborative team, where they will work on designing and evaluating structural systems for power-generating facilities and gain valuable field experience.
Responsibilities
- Learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects
- Being organized and efficient
- Having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback
- Collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection
- Adapting to new software systems
- Asking questions and using available resources
- Connecting classroom knowledge with practical industry work
- Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026
- A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
- Must be able to work outside
- Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
- Completion of pre interview assessments
- College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship
- Graduating May-June 2026 preferred
