Job Title: Night Project Coordinator
Department: Operations Department
Reports To: Night Shift Lead / Supervisor
Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH

Working Hours: TBD (US Hours/Night shift)

Position Summary

The Night Project Coordinator supports the execution and delivery of projects across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules and resources, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The Night Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Assist with Project timelines and deliverables

Coordinate and confirm onsite technical personnel

Maintain and update project schedules and trackers

Support resources and keep technicians on task with their assignments

Project Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress against milestones and deadlines

Identify and escalate risks, issues, and potential delays

Prepare status updates for stakeholders

Ensure project details are documented and complete

Communication & Stakeholder Support

Serve as a liaison between Technician and project team

Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams

Follow up on action items and secure all required deliverables

Administrative & Process Support

Maintain project files, repositories, and templates

Assist with technician attendance confirmation and onsite requirements

Promote adherence to project management standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of project coordination, project support, or related experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
