Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Night Shift RN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a remote setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing Patient Needs: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized care plans.
- Developing and Implementing Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patients' needs and goals.
- Providing Skilled Nursing Care: Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
