NP/PA (Hormone Optimization/HRT)

We are a growing hormone optimization clinic focused on helping patients improve energy, performance, and overall quality of life. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values autonomy, preventative care, and building strong patient relationships.

Our clinic operates on a streamlined telehealth model, allowing providers to focus on patient care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based systems.

Responsibilities
• Conduct telehealth consultations for TRT and wellness patients
• Review labs and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies (in collaboration with MD if required)
• Perform follow-ups and adjust protocols
• Educate patients on lifestyle and optimization strategies

Qualifications
• Licensed NP or PA
• Comfortable with telehealth
• Interest or experience in hormone optimization/TRT
• Strong communication skills

Compensation
• $60-$75 per hour

Schedule:
• Flexible / Remote
• Part-time / Full-time
