NP/PA (Hormone Optimization/HRT)

We are a growing hormone optimization clinic focused on helping patients improve energy, performance, and overall quality of life. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values autonomy, preventative care, and building strong patient relationships.

Our clinic operates on a streamlined telehealth model, allowing providers to focus on patient care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based systems.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct telehealth consultations for TRT and wellness patients

- Review labs and develop treatment plans

- Prescribe and manage hormone therapies (in collaboration with MD if required)

- Perform follow-ups and adjust protocols

- Educate patients on lifestyle and optimization strategies

Qualifications:

- Licensed NP or PA

- Comfortable with telehealth

- Interest or experience in hormone optimization/TRT

- Strong communication skills

Compensation:

- $60-$75 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible / Remote

- Part-time / Full-time
