We are actively sourcing experienced Nurse Managers for a Behavioral Health unit at a well-known hospital. This is a direct hire opportunity with two immediate openings.

✅ Must Have:

• Active RN license in New York State

• 5+ years of RN experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry

• 2+ years in a leadership/management role

• Experience managing a psych unit in a hospital (REQUIRED)

Role Highlights:

• Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM

• Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health unit

• Ensure compliance with DOH, JCAHO, OMH, and DOHMH standards

• Lead performance improvement and interdisciplinary coordination

• BSN required | MSN preferred
