• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience. Requirements & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in email and chat environments.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, or live chat tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
