As an Online Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through various online... chat platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any issues related to our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of chat platforms and the ability to multitask and navigate between different systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer needs
