Education Required:Bachelor or above
Teaching Certificate:TEFL, TESOL, TRA, TESL, CELTA, DELTA, TKT, Other ESL Certificates, In Process, Will Get Certificate After Receiving Offer, TEYL, PRC, ESOL, NTCE(中国教师资格证)
k12 teaching experience in Language Arts (Writing, Reading, Literature, Creative Writing)
Willing to commit to a regular weekly working schedule

1. Device: Desktop or laptop

2. Headset with microphone and noise-cancelling features (as used in call centers)

3. High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam

Minimum System Requirements of laptop or desktop

1. Operating System: Windows 7 or above or Mac

2. CPU: Intel Core i3 5th gen and above / i5 / i7 4th gen or AMD equivalent

3. Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with a minimum of 60 GB free hard disk space available

4. Network: Wired DSL Internet connection at least 3 Mbps (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)

Weekly Working Hours：

6-10PM BJT from Monday to Sunday , and 8am-12pm BJT on weekends morning too, but hours are flexible, you can pick up your free time slots, but once you take any classes, you have to commit for the next 8 months.
