<div>As a UNI Online Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality lessons to learners across the globe. Using UNI’s AI-powered virtual classroom, you will teach students either one-on-one or in small groups, providing a tailored learning experience based on their individual needs.

The role requires a deep commitment to student progress, interactive teaching, and consistent communication.</p>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>

<li>Conduct one-on-one or small group lessons tailored to students’ individual goals.</li>
<li>Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons using UNI’s virtual classroom tools.</li>
<li>Customize lessons based on students’ levels and progress.</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism in communication and lesson delivery.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Requirements</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in education, subject expertise, or a related field.</li>
<li>Relevant teaching certifications preferred (e.g., TEFL for language instructors).</li>
<li>Online teaching or tutoring experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.</li>
<li>Proficient in using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing and learning management tools.</li>
<li>Reliable internet and suitable teaching environment.</li>
<li>Adaptable teaching methods for diverse cultural backgrounds.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with international curricula like IB PYP or Cambridge.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.</li>
