Online School Sales Manager

NovaKid - Novakidschool (online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK. Our customers come from more than 50 countries all over the world. We have 70K+ students and 3K+ teachers. Our international team is proud of 400+ developers, support managers and marketing gurus.

We are looking for the sales manager with knowledge of Spanish and English languages.

Duties

Sell online courses of English for the children 4 -12 years old

Communicate with customers who passed the trial lesson, and “bring” customers to the Payment (whatsapp, email and phone). Record clients for a trial session, assign the day and time of the trial session

Communication with clients via calls and chats

Lead the client's history in CRM

Requirements:

Knowledge of Spanish - Advanced (at least C2) or Native

Knowledge of English (at least С1)

Knowledge of the Russian language is welcome, but not necessarily

Experience of working in sales from 2 years

Experience of working in a language school welcome

Organizational skills

Ability to work with a lot of information

Responsibility and care

Multi-tasking

Conditions

Remote work. We are very good at it

40 hours per week, one working day on weekend

Working time from 10:00 am till 19:00 pm
