<h2>Role Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years online teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way</li>
<li><strong>Subjects:</strong> English, Maths, and/or Science</li>
<li><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)</li>
<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate if needed) and 2+ professional references</li>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> UK-based with the right to work in the UK</li>
<li><strong>Safeguarding:</strong> Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment</li>
</ul>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide online/remote or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs</li>
<li>Support pupils from <strong>KS1 - KS5</strong> referred by local authorities and schools through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring</li>
<li>Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress</li>
<li>Contribute to our mission to raise the standard of education for young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD</li>
