Position Summary

We are growing our remote workforce and seeking individuals who enjoy assisting customers, organizing information, and helping bring travel plans to life. As an Online Travel Consultant, you will work directly with clients to design, arrange, and manage vacation experiences that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets.

This opportunity suits those who are comfortable working in a service-driven environment, enjoy clear communication, and can handle detail-oriented tasks while working independently from home. You will support a wide range of travel planning needs including resort stays, cruises, guided trips, and international vacations. Complete training and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Duties

Support clients in building travel plans including lodging, flights, cruises, transfers, tours, and activities

Gather and assess client preferences to suggest suitable destination options

Provide recommendations and practical input to assist with travel planning decisions

Communicate with clients through email, phone calls, messaging platforms, and digital tools

Work with suppliers to confirm bookings, updates, and itinerary adjustments

Maintain organized, accurate records of client travel information and reservations

Track updates related to travel availability, promotions, and destination changes

Guide clients through each step of the reservation and planning process

Candidate Profile

Interest in travel services, customer support, or planning coordination

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Able to work independently in a remote environment

Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems

Must be at least 18 years old

Must reside in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, United States or other qualified regions

No prior travel industry experience required and full training is provided
