Deep respect for the subject matter — you understand that healthcare storytelling carries real stakes

Strong communication skills, both with clients and collaborators

The ability to manage complexity without losing the creative thread

Experience working on deadline-driven productions, ideally in a client-service environment

A portfolio that shows range, craft, and a point of view

Healthcare or medtech experience is a meaningful plus across all roles. It's not always required, but it matters here more than at most production companies.
