Operations Support Administrator
The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with process management, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support organizational operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to business units and leadership teams
- Coordinate daily operational activities, schedules, and workflows
- Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and reports
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support project coordination, tracking timelines, and deliverables
- Manage internal communications and assist with meeting coordination
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or CRM systems for operational tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or coordination roles
- Experience in corporate, logistics, healthcare, or service environments is a plus

Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $80,000 USD, depending on experience, industry, and qualification
