Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Apex Developer to join our fully remote team at SPACE44. This role focuses on developing features for mobile devices with offline capabilities in a production environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about low-code development, has strong experience in Apex, and is excited about the potential to transition to React applications in the future. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Apex applications for production environments
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create features for mobile devices with strong offline capabilities
Enhance and optimize existing Apex applications
Prepare for potential transition from Apex to React-based applications
Conduct tests, debug, and ensure performance and security
Support end-users with training and documentation
Stay up to date with Apex and evolving technologies
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
At least 3 years of Apex development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Strong expertise in designing mobile applications using Apex
Familiarity with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
Experience working in production environments
Basic knowledge of React and willingness to transition
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a distributed team
Nice to Have:
Experience working in low-code or ERP platforms
Exposure to React or front-end component-based development
Familiarity with mobile-first design and offline synchronization techniques
Interest in transitioning from Apex to modern JavaScript frameworks
Experience supporting remote teams or distributed product environments
