Oracle HCM Engineer (EU-based)

European Union (mandatory – candidates must be currently based in an EU country)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR and Security, and familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-grade HR systems, supporting implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud

Manage and configure Core HR and HCM Security modules

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HCM systems

Support integrations and migrations between PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud

Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud

Strong expertise in:

Oracle HCM Core HR

Oracle HCM Security

Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud products

Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a collaborative, international environment

Additional Requirements
Must be currently located in an EU country (mandatory)

Strong communication skills in English
