Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant for a remote contract opportunity with a client in the education sector based in New York State. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Payroll and Time & Labor, along with the ability to support implementations and application support across related modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and configurations
Work across Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, HCM Core, and Benefits modules
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements using Oracle functionalities
Analyze business processes and troubleshoot system issues
Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Be available for occasional onsite visits as needed
Required Qualifications:

Oracle Certification in one or more relevant HCM modules
Minimum of three (3) full-cycle implementations or equivalent hands-on application support in Oracle Payroll and Time & Labor
Strong knowledge of HCM Core, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits
Experience with statutory compliance and corresponding Oracle features
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
Willingness to travel onsite to client locations occasionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
