Job Summary
A designer will use business process engineering techniques to develop technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions using Oracle software and related products.
Essential Job Functions
Design Skills
Solution Design & Analysis
- Applies business process engineering techniques to develop enterprise-wide technical solutions and management processes.
- Conducts scoping, feasibility, and impact assessments; analyzes customer goals and system environments to recommend effective strategies.
- Documents business processes, captures discovery-session outcomes, and produces solution blueprints, estimates, and design materials.
- Identifies scope changes and manages customer expectations
Oracle Utilities Expertise
- Extensive design and development experience with Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS, including deep knowledge of application functionality, development procedures, data models, product suite capabilities, and server architectures.
- Designs prototypes and proof-of-concepts and supports testing activities for CC&B/C2M/CCS applications.
Customer Engagement & Consulting
- Extensive design and development experience with Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS, including deep knowledge of application functionality, development procedures, data models, product suite capabilities, and server architectures.

Skill Sets
Required
- Oracle Utilities & Platform Expertise: Oracle BB&B, C2M, or CCS
- Programming & Scripting Languages: Java, Groovy
- Configuration Tools
- Data & Transformation Technologies: SQL, XML, XSLT
Desired
- Scripting & Legacy Languages: UNIX Shell Scripts, COBOL literacy, PL/SQL
- Reporting & Output Tools: Jaspersoft, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools
- Scheduling & Automation: Rundeck and other scheduling tools
Experience Requirements
At least five years of related CCB/C2M or CCS experience
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
