Overview:

This is not a typical real estate role

We are looking for a high-level agent who wants to step into ownership of a territory and build a real business, not just chase transactions.

At Trust Properties USA, we specialize in probate and trust real estate. We help families navigate some of the most difficult transitions in life while maximizing the value of their real estate. We front renovation costs, manage vendors, and handle the operational complexity so our agents can focus on relationships and closings.

This is a long-term play with serious upside, but it requires commitment on the front end.

What This Role Really Is:

You are building and owning the Orlando territory

You are in the field, building relationships, not sitting behind a desk

You are becoming the go-to probate and trust resource in your market

Important Expectations Read This Carefully:

You must be able to cover your personal living expenses for the first 90 to 120 days while your pipeline builds

You should already have some deal flow from your sphere or past business to support yourself early on

This is a ramp-up, not a plug-and-play salary role

What You Will Be Doing:

Building relationships with attorneys, estate planners, fiduciaries, and guardians

Attending 3 to 5 networking meetings per week

Spending roughly 80 percent of your time in the field, meeting people and building trust

Consistent and disciplined follow-up with every contact and lead

Leveraging our systems, marketing, and operations teams to convert opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

Active real estate license in Florida

At least 1 probate or trust real estate transaction closed in the past 3 years

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Willingness to be in person and visible in the market consistently

Salesforce experience preferred but not required
