Role Overview
Our Outbound team in Malta is newly established and growing fast - and we’re now looking to strengthen it with a bilingual French & English-speaking Outbound Sales Agent. This is a great opportunity to join at an early stage, where your impact is visible, your voice is heard, and your contribution directly shapes how the team evolves.
In this role, you’ll engage with players at key moments of their journey - helping them move forward, solve issues, and build trust with the brand, while supporting both growth and player experience across different outbound streams.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to players via calls and messages across different lifecycle stages (pre-registration, new users, inactive users, payment-related cases)

Support users in completing registration and navigating onboarding

Drive activation by guiding new players toward their first meaningful interaction

Re-engage inactive players with a thoughtful, relationship-first approach

Assist with payment and withdrawal-related queries, ensuring clarity and trust

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes and compliance guidelines

Consistently deliver on KPIs related to activity, conversion, retention, and quality

Skills & Experience
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)

Strong communication skills - confident on calls and clear in written outreach

Sales or consultative mindset with a player-first approach

Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Calm, professional communication style

Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, retention/customer success, payments, fintech operations, KYC, or customer support
