The Role:
We are looking for a disciplined and confident outbound sales professional who can help us generate qualified enterprise meetings across LatAm.
We are an enterprise AI Agent platform that helps organisations improve productivity through AI agents, conversational analytics, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities:
Identify target companies and decision-makers

Reach out to CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, Digital Transformation Heads, Analytics Leaders, Operations Heads, and Business Leaders

Conduct cold calls, cold email outreach, and LinkedIn follow-ups

Create interest in enterprise AI Agent use cases

Book qualified discovery/demo meetings for our AI Solutions Consultant

Maintain daily CRM updates and follow-up discipline

Track responses, objections, and meeting outcomes

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, SaaS, IT services, software services, analytics, automation, ERP/CRM, or enterprise software

Strong spoken English

Hindi communication skills will be an advantage

Comfortable making outbound calls every day

Able to write clear emails and LinkedIn messages

Disciplined, target-oriented, and good with follow-ups

Prior experience in SaaS, AI, analytics, automation, or IT services will be preferred

This is an outbound appointment-setting role. The primary goal is to generate qualified meetings with relevant decision-makers. Our AI Solutions Consultant and technical team will handle discovery, demos, solutioning, and closure.
