Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Job Requirements:

Its Mine Movement mission is to help the BIPOC community break the cycle of trauma. We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and dedicated PA Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Candidates must have an active PA state license to render service as a Pre-Licensed Clinician, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, LDAC.

Must reside and/or be licensed in PA
• Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, including addictive disorders
• Provide direct therapy to clients in individual and group settings (this may include interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy)
• Meet with patients to determine their status
• Develop a course of therapy for treatment
• Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their issues
• Provide references to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists

Job Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a similar field
• PA State counseling license
• Clinical experience (two years preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills
