<p><span>Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running—and we’re looking for a </span><strong>Regional Account Manager</strong><span> who thrives on developing relationships and growing business in the field.

<p></p><p><br></p><b>Essential Functions</b><ul>
<li>Own and grow a <strong>defined sales territory</strong> in the Syracuse and surrounding areas</li>
<li>Develop and execute a <strong>territory sales plan</strong> focused on new business and account growth</li>
<li>Drive <strong>full-cycle sales</strong>: prospecting, cold calling, needs assessment, presentations, quoting, and closing</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor—connecting customers with Perfection Servo’s <strong>repair and remanufacturing expertise</strong></li>
<li>Leverage <strong>CRM tools and sales resources</strong> to manage pipeline, activity, and territory strategy</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with experienced <strong>customer service and technical support teams</strong> to exceed customer expectations and sales goals</li>
</ul><p><br></p><b>Experience, Education and Skills</b><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field OR a 2-year technical degree preferred</li>
<li><strong>1+ year of industrial sales experience</strong>, preferably selling repair services or technical solutions</li>
<li>Experience in selling repair services for <strong>electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components</strong> is a strong plus</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable prospecting and developing new business</li>
<li>Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently in the field</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license; overnight travel may be required</li>
<li>Regular customer visits in industrial environments, ability to stand and walk throughout the day</li>
<li>Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs</li>
