Outside Sales Representative
Interior Marketing Group is the largest luxury real estate design and marketing firm in the United States. They are seeking a competitive outside sales representative to develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients for their luxury staging and furniture rental businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new business contacts to generate new revenue streams
- Ability to identify and articulate client pain points and how we can specifically help
- Creating and executing a sales plan to meet new business objectives
- Use HubSpot CRM tool to work with prospects, update valuable client site details, etc
- Make cold calls and network effectively
- Prepare and perform sales presentations based on client needs
- Forecast sales, develop 'out of the box' sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Research potential new businesses to go after and generate/follow-up sales leads
- Identify possible sales events and training that can help achieve sales goals
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics
- Coordinate with the team in organizing and providing all necessary information
Skills
- Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university, or related experience
